Pure fruit, sharp acidity and lovely flinty minerality made with grapes from the Rosacker Grand Cru and harvested from 40 yearr old vines. Wines are aged in oak barrels before bottling. Winemaker Christophe has been farming biodyniamically since 1999 and believes in minimal intervention thus allowing the soil to express the minerality of each terroir.
