Distilled in 2005, this 14-year-old Glenturret single malt was matured in a single first-fill sherry hogshead, before being bottled in April 2019 for Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseur's Choice series. Fruity of aromas of raisins, cherries, toffee apples, stewed prunes and oaky spice fill the nose. The palate offers notes of candied orange, lemon peel, dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts, before a lingering, nutty finish.
