2016 Campbells Barkly Durif

Campbells only release the Barkly Durif in years when vintage conditions are exceptional. This is Durif at its finest -aromas of rich dark plum and cherry fruit with notes of black pepper, cloves and spicy oak. Powerful dark cherry and mulberry fruit on the palate with oak adding texture and weight. Very finely grained tannins. Will benefit from decanting a few hours before serving and will cellar happily for 10-12 years.
