Established in 1967 Vasse Felix is Margaret River’s founding wine estate. Founder, Dr Tom Cullity, searched the region before selecting his first vineyard site in Wilyabrup, which still remains at the heart of the Vasse Felix Estate.
Filius is the little brother to Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon. This Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon (blended with Malbec) carries the structure, power and tannins of classic Cabernet in an earlier drinking style. It is bright and fruit-forward with pleasant savoury notes that come from Vasse Felix’s minimal intervention winemaking approach.
