Extended skin contact of 24 hours to extract full chenin flavours and fermented in barrels and amphora (for the first time!) Aged on the primary lees for 7 months prior to bottling. Tight with flavours of melon, peach, guava and a hint of minerality. Masterly oaked with a lively crisp finish.
