Vins Del Comtat was founded in 1997 and is located in Concentaina, in Alicante’s El Comtat region. 'M' is made from 100% Monastrell grapes from 40 year old vines from different small vineyards in the mountains of Alicante. The wine is matured in a combination of new French and American oak for 6 months and then given a minimum of 12 months ageing in bottle.
These are rich, concentrated, full bodied wines with intense aromas of dark fruit, plums and powerful aromas . More bramble fruits on the palate coupled with vanilla, wood and soft fruity notes.
