Brothers Hector and Pablo Durigutti 's first vineyards were in Mendoza but are champions of terroirs and grape varieties throughout the country. They are at the forefront of a revolutionary change in Argentina’s winemaking philosophy with emphasis on terroir and fresh, bright focused fruit wines. Their Projectas Las Compuertas vines are planted at 1,050m above sea level at Las Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. and farmed using organic practices.

Their Malbec 1914 owes its name to the year the vineyards were planted. It is fermented in cement eggs and later aged in a 2000-litre oak foudre.
There is a lovely freshness and concentration to this wine. On the nose you get vibrant plum and blackberry fruit aromas, More dark berry fruit on the palate which is full and rich with soft tannins.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
