This Distillery Labels range is testimony to the long and unique relationships built over generations. They have been entrusted with new-make spirit from many of Scotland’s distilleries to mature in their casks, their way. Glenallachie is a relatively new (1967) Speyside distillery close to Abelour.
Aromas of ripe banana accompanied by soft toasted oakand vanilla pod. Toffee apple and smooth custard notes develop, leading to an undertone of fresh-cut grass.
Initially sweet, vibrant citrus zest gives way to black pepper and cocoa powder. pineapple notes develop alongside green apple and a subtle hint of sherbert.
