The grapes were hand harvested on 25 September 2015, then hung to dry for several months before a slow fermentation and an extraordinary nine years of maturation in small oak caratelli. Bottled in July 2025, the wine is 16.5% ABV with 117g/L glucose and fructose.

Tasting note:
Deep amber-gold, with aromas of dried dates, apricot, toasted nuts, honey and delicate florals.
