Produced using Méthode Traditionelle, the Californian sun makes for a wine that is riper and softer than Champagne, but with the Taittinger signature elegance.
This very focused and elegant wine displays lovely notes of lime, honeycomb and lemon curd. It is rounded on the palate with hints of lime blossom and baked pear, resulting in a creamy texture and a long finish.
