2018 Quintarelli Primafiore

The “first flower” is the earliest red wine released by the estate and made from Corvina, Corvinone, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is the only red wine that does not go through the appassimento (grape drying) process but the Cabernet is partially dried to add concentration, all the other grapes are freshly pressed. Great fruit quality and approachability with stunning balance.
