2019 Chateau Roubine Côtes de Provence Cuvée Premium Cru Classé Blanc

This delicious white from Provence is a  wine really worth discovering.- a good all round food wine due to its concentration of flavours. A  blend of Ugni Blanc, Sémillon, Rolle and Clairette it has wonderful. rounded fruit flavours and a long lingering finish. Would be great with fish dishes but there is so much flavourit could compliment a chicken or pork dish with a rich sauce.
