Established in 1985, Cloudy Bay was one of the first wine makers to set up a vineyard in Marlborough. Cloudy Bay founder - David Hohnen - saw its potential and invested in the best land of the region and the rest as they say is history!
The 2019 Chardonnay is fresh and mouthwatering with fragrant aromas of orchard fruit, white peach, blossom and hay. The palate is concentrated, with notes of apple and pear balanced by gentle vanilla spice, hazelnut and a subtle saline note. A dart of citrus acidity delivers freshness and leads to a long and appealing finish.
