 A good introduction to orange/skin contact wines!  Chardonnay, Viura and Verdejo grapes are fermented on the skins and left to macerate for 10-15 days to extract colour, flavour and tannins.  Aromas of tropical fruit, hazelnut and apple. The palate is well structured with sweet tannins and good acidity which complement the complex fruit flavours of dried orange rind, crystallised ginger, jasmine, dried apricots and a subtle nuttiness on the finish.
