Situated in the southern part of the estate, at 300 metres above sea level, CeniPrimo grows on an ancient river terrace, where silty soils with some clay give a distinctive character to the Sangiovese. Made entirely from Sangiovese, the wine is fermented in stainless steel before spending 22 months in 500-litre French oak casks.
