2021 Cave Vinicole A Hunawihr Gewurztraminer Reserve

This small co-operative, founded in 1954, has 110 members and 200 hectares of vineyard. Their wines are vinified using only their members’ grapes, with a focus on expressing the rich diversity of Alsatian soils. The nose is very complex, with notes of exotic fruits and subtle aromas of rose and white pepper. The mouth is full and very long. This is a wine with good freshness from lingering acidity balanced with a touch of residual sugar on the finish.
