Awesome little Chenin Blanc!!! This has extended skin contact of 24 hours to extract the full chenin flavours and then fermented in oak barrels and amphora. Then its aged on its lees for 7 months prior to bottling. Rich and rounded, with flavours of melon, peach, guava and a hint of minerality. Balanced oak adds some complexity.
