So this is his second vintage.  As Florian chooses to create a dry white wine, rather than the stipulated classic sweet of the region, it has the classification of Vin de France.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf  you have had Château de Bonnezeaux’s dry Chenin then you would be familiar with this style. Concentrated and complex with layers of flavour and a ripple of VA which adds a lovely twang. This is modern, natural, a little wild but all the better for that. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA true artisanal hand wine and you can feel the love that has gone into it!\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFlorian suggests decanting for a few hours before tasting.
