All the grapes are handpicked as whole bunches before sunrise and taken to the winery. Vinification is done with a velvet touch so gentle pressing, carefully racking and natural yeasts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the palate it’s medium-bodied yet textured, with satiny depth, generous acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.
