The wine is made from the Arneis grape, a variety native to Piedmont. Often nicknamed the “little rascal” because of its temperamental growing conditions, Arneis nevertheless produces wines with remarkable aromatic complexity and a distinct mineral character.
Grapes undergo a brief period of skin maceration to enhance aromatic extraction. After fermentation, the wine spends three to four months of lees aging in stainless steel tanks. This technique imparts a subtle creamy texture and further develops the wine’s aromatic profile while preserving its fresh, vibrant character.
