Château de Caraguilhes sits in the heart of the Corbières region in southern France. It’s a beautiful ancient estate, and also one of the area’s trailblazers in organic winemaking. The vineyard’s roots go back over 2,000 years, and since 1987, the estate has been fully dedicated to organic farming. It earned its official organic certification from Écocert in 1992. Today, some of its wines are also made using biodynamic methods, with certifications from Biodyvin and Demeter.
La Font Blanche, is a fresh and elegant white blend made from 50% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, and 20% Vermentino. Grown and crafted using both organic and biodynamic practices, this wine is aromatic and expressive—think almond blossom, white peach, apricot, and citrus—with a silky, refined finish.
