Drawing inspiration from California’s historic old-vine sites, the estate has also been interplanted with traditional companion varieties such as Carignane, Petite Syrah, Trousseau, and Cinsault, creating a dynamic and layered field blend.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\"\u003eSet on a mix of volcanic and alluvial soils in Saint Helena, the vineyard is certified organic and entirely hand-harvested. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, followed by aging for 15 months in barrel (80% used oak, 20% new; predominantly French with a portion of American oak). The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its full character.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDamsons and dark red fruits, orange zest, anise, and spice.
