The first release of Cartology created such a frenzy of excitement we had none whatsoever to put on the shelf. We've increased our allocation since then and this bottle has come out of nowhere to become of the country's brightest new stars. Honeyed apples, spiced stone fruit and elements of wet stone, it's quite something.
