We're fussy about Cabernet Franc which requires skill and patience to produce great wine. This superb example from Mendoza meets our expectations full on - ripe and robust red fruit, with wood smoke, spice and melting tannins, but with aspects of Old World so you'll also find lead pencil and cigar box aromas. Pretty impressive.
