Along the way, we’ll discover how each cuvée develops its own character while retaining the distinctive richness and structure of Ambonnay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe flight offers a particularly enjoyable progression in both style and complexity, from the Grand Cru bottlings through to the 2015 vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe’ll begin with the Grand Cru Extra Brut and Brut, a fascinating comparison that shows how dosage can influence the balance and expression of a wine.
