Eric is passionate about his wines, the region and life. We first met him 15 years ago and were impressed by his passion and drive. His Pouilly Fuissé “L’Âme Forest” is a blend of two complementary, individual vineyards – “Les Tilliers” is planted on clay soils and ” La Côte” is on marl-limestone soils, located on the northern slope of the Vergisson hill. Classic aromas of apple and apricot supported by high quality oak which never dominates. Full bodied and with good length.
