Exploring Burgundy: A Guided Tasting, Friday 14th March from 7pm - 9pm
Join us for a fun and engaging guided tasting of Burgundy wines, led by the ever-knowledgeable Nick Fisher—better known as @Burgundynick on Instagram. Since 2018, Nick has been sharing his passion and expertise with wine lovers, and with over 15 years of experience hosting everything from cosy private tastings to lively corporate events, he truly knows how to bring people together over a great glass of wine.
Embark on a journey through Burgundy’s storied vineyards as Nick introduces you to the region’s elegant complexity and unique terroirs. You'll have the chance to sample a hand-picked selection of wines, from the crisp allure of Chablis to the velvety charm of Côtes de Beaune, gaining insights that will deepen your appreciation for one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions.
This isn’t your typical tasting—it's a laid-back, interactive experience designed for up to 22 guests. Gather around large tables, kick off the evening with an aperitif, and settle in for a tasting that features six distinct Burgundy wines. Four of these will be served in neat 50 ml pours to spark your palate, while two will come in 125 ml glasses so you can truly savour their flavour, all while enjoying delectable boards of cheese and charcuterie.
Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just beginning your exploration of fine wines, this evening promises to be as educational as it is enjoyable.
