Folle Blanche is better known as the grape used in the production of Cognac and is probably not associated with making good wine or at least that was what we thought until we tried this! It has a lovely citrus side obviously dry but a fruity core as well. If you like the wines from its nearby neigbour Muscadet then this would be for you.
