2013 La Petit Eglise Pomerol (Magnum)

Château L'Église-Clinet is a small, elite producer in the Pomerol. 2013 was not a great vintage but this is one of the best, most concentrated wines that was produced. Floral, liquorice and cherry aromatics dominate the nose. Dark fruits and a strawberry compote character dominate the palate, which has a lovely silky soft texture and great depth of flavour and freshness. A gentle, classic Pomerol that will provide for elegant, early drinking.
