Exploring Languedoc and Roussillon Tasting Flight Friday 21 April, tables from 6.30pm

These two regions stretching from Nantes to the foothills of the Pyrenees has fast become an area of interest for winemakers and wine lovers. Historically it has been somewhat dominated by large estates and mass production and to some extent it still is but contained with in it are some absolute jewels The best of the region is from a small but impassioned group of growers and winemakers who create highly individualistic wines. Some hail from  historic appellations but others not and bang their own drum. This tasting flight is designed to showcase what we believe are some of the best. The only difficulty we have is choosing the wines!

This wine tasting flight is untutored and informal allowing you to taste at your leisure. Like always we'll serve an aperitif on arrival followed by a flight of 6 wines, accompanied by a sharing board of charcuterie and cheese. Full tasting notes on your table will give you background information and space to note any of your own observations. We will be milling around pouring wines and are on hand to chat or answer any questions.

We will contact you after booking to arrange your preferred arrival time.

£40 per person
