2018 Cantina Kaltern 'Vial' Pinot Bianco Alto Adige

The single vineyard, “Vial” of the Cantina di Caldaro has an extremely mineral character which perfectly embodies the soul of the beautiful landscape which ascends into the Dolomites. The aroma is mainly composed of peach, apple and pear, with a note of crushed gravel. On the palate the orchard fruit carries through with zesty acidity and a savoury note. A long mineral persistence makes it extremely drinkable and a perfect match for seafood and pasta dishes.
