The Adriano family has been farming vines in the Langhe for over a century. Today, brothers Marco and Vittorio continue the work in Neive, crafting wines and grappas that stay true to their land and traditions. They send the pomace from the pressing of Moscato grapes to the Sibona Distillery to be distilled into Grappa
This is an elegant, crystal clear, aromatic grappa that highlights Moscato’s charm rather than raw power. On the nose, it bursts with Moscato’s signature perfume — floral, grapey, with hints of citrus peel and peach blossom. The palate is smooth and aromatic, carrying fresh grape and light honeyed notes, with just enough warmth to remind you it’s grappa. The finish is clean, fragrant, and lingers with delicate fruit and floral tones.
Perfect as a refined digestif, and lovely with dried fruit, soft desserts, or a piece of mild cheese.
