Distillerie de Paris Gin Batch 1

This is the first distillery to open in Paris in over a century! Batch 1 Gin was the first spirit to come out of the still and we are told it is inspired  by the French perfume, “Cyprus” by Mr François Coty created in 1917.

In style think classic London dry gin with juniper to the fore and accompanied among other things by bergamot and fresh coriander. The whole is airy and floral and happy to be diluted or drunk on the rocks.
