A beautifully balanced gin from the Ripley Castle Estate, just outside of Harrogate. The rhubarb is handpicked from the estate and distilled with limes grown in the Victorian hot house and fresh ginger root. Delicate English rose and Harrogate Spring Water compliment the aromas.
