A rare and remarkable discovery, this 2008 single-barrel, single-estate Cognac stands out even as the youngest of the single vintages. It’s exceptionally smooth and beautifully balanced, with richness, spice, and real intrigue. The nose brings notes of dates, baked apples, warm spices, and a gentle nuttiness.
On the palate, it unfolds with flavours of dates, cinnamon, toffee, and pistachio, layered with more exotic hints of rambutan, mango, and passion fruit. A touch of sweet orange lifts the finish.
