2016 Vouvray La Folie Domaine Sebastien Brunet

Produced from old vine Chenin Blanc with an average vine age of 80 years. They are cultivated without pesticides and weedkillers on hillsides with flint clay on the surface and clay-limestone subsoil. Complex aromatics of candied peel, nettles, honeysuckle and apple. The palate has a touch of orchard fruit sweetness and good volume. The sweetness is well balanced with the acidity and minerality resulting in a long, refreshing finish.
