2016 Levrier, Wines by Jo Irvine, 'Anubis' Cabernet Sauvignon, Barossa Valley

From a single vineyard on the Barossa floor, the 2016 Levrier 'Anubis' Cabernet Sauvignon,  was crafted to showcase the rich, dark cherry and cassis fruit of the unique Biscay soil.

With an intense brick red colour and a bouquet of red currant, dark cherry, and mulberry notes, this wine is enhanced by 40% new French oak which results in a plush, juicy flavour and a soft, velvety tannin finish. Extended bottle aging allows the premium Cabernet to fully integrate and develop over time.
