In the glass, it shines bright pale straw. The nose opens with peach blossom, mandarin pith and lemon sorbet, layered with hints of apple pie crust, fresh lemongrass and a touch of lightly spiced sandalwood.
The palate is medium-bodied and finely structured, with bright natural acidity framing flavours of lemon, stone fruit and gentle oak complexity. A mineral thread carries through to a clean, focused finish, offering balance between fruit purity and restrained richness.
