2020 Château Béthanie Arbois Savagnin 'Sous Voile'

One of Jura’s oldest and largest producers. The Savagnin grape (not to be confused with Sauvignon) is aged ‘sous voile’ (under flor yeast) for several years before release. Golden in colour, with fresh, creamy, bready fruit and hazelnut notes. The palate is rich and textured and brimming with orchard fruit, porcini mushroom and savoury umami notes. Despite its amplitude, it leaves the mouth fresh and longing for more.
