This south-east-facing vineyard, planted with Pinot Noir, is located near Vincelottes within the Irancy AOP on a Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soil.
Bright ruby in the glass, this wine opens with red and dark cherry notes, a touch of mineral earthiness and subtle floral hints. On the palate it’s fresh and elegant, with juicy red fruit, soft tannins and a fine, persistent mineral streak. There’s a clean, slightly spicy finish that leaves you wanting another sip.
Ideal for white meats and poultry.
