Vines averaging around 40 years old are cultivated on brown limestone and clay-limestone marl soils in premier Puligny sites including Les Tremblots, Rue aux Vaches, Les Houillères, Paupillots, and Nosroyes. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully pressed, followed by fermentation and 14 months of aging in 228L French oak barrels (15% new), using native yeasts, fine lees maturation, and no bâtonnage. The wine is blended one month prior to bottling.

On the nose, it reveals bright, refined aromas of fern, hawthorn, green apple, hazelnut, and subtle citrus. The palate expresses mineral notes of flint and stone, delicate buttery and lactic nuances, balanced by vibrant acidity and a honeyed, persistent finish. Medium-bodied, dry, and elegant, this wine is mineral-driven with a restrained oak presence. Best enjoyed now through 2032–2034, it pairs excellently with shellfish, lobster, creamy poultry, and white fish in butter- or cream-based sauces.
