Aromatically it shows white peach and red apple, with a clear sense of precision. The palate is crisp and high-acid, balancing purity of fruit with subtle texture. Grapes are hand-harvested, with fermentation split between stainless steel (around 70%) to preserve freshness and oak (around 30%) for added depth, followed by 8–9 months on lees.
