Champagne Roland Champion Eclat de Craie Grand Cru NV

The Champion family have been growing grapes in Chouilly since the mid 18th century. Today it is run by Francois and his two daughters Clemence and Carole. Until recently most of their grapes have been sold to the big Champagne houses but luckily they have now decided to make more under their own label.

Eclat de Craie Grand Cru NV uses 100% Chardonnay grapes from Chouilly Grand Cru vineyards and is aged for 4 years on the lees before disgorgement.
