2016 Chateau Bouscasse Les Jardins Philosophiques Pacherenc Vic-Bilh Sec

One of Frances most little known appellations Pacherenc diu Vic-Bihl interlinks with it's better known red wine cousin Madiran.  Winemaker Alain Brumont describes this wine as a tribute to the Petit Courbu -  the great white grape of the South West.  A fresh and vibrant wine with aromas of exotic fruit and meadow flowers. A smooth and silky mouthfeel leads to a pleasing minerality.
