Episode 41-Made by Alluvia Boutique Winery the forgotten unlabeled half bottles were found lanquishing in a dusty cellar and rescued by 'Rick'. This straw wine is made from Viognier grapes that were harvested at peak ripeness, then carefully dried on straw mats for a few weeks to enhance the sugar and acidity levels. The grapes were then crushed and fermented to create a concentrated and well-balanced dessert wine.
