Champagne Bonnet Gilmert La Réserve Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut NV

Champagne Bonnet Gilmert, situated in Oger in the Cote de Blancs near Avize, is managed by Aude Vauban and Carla Bonnet, representing the fifth generation of the family. With seven hectares of entirely Chardonnay vines, each of their Grand Cru plots in Oger, Avize, and Mesnil sur Oger contribute to the blend of their cuvées.

After being harvested, the wine undergoes a minimum of 3 years of aging in cellars and is produced as 'Brut'. Its low dosage ensures a perfect balance and refreshing coolness. Delicate and refined with citrus aromas and tight minerality, this Champagne really impresses. A delight as an aperitif.
