Their master blender handpicks these casks from our warehouses, where they rest and mature until the moment they’re judged to be at their best.
A 16-year-old single malt from Blair Athol Distillery in Highland Perthshire, matured in oloroso sherry casks and bottled by Mossburn in March 2025. Full of deep sherry influence, it shows layers of roasted nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate, leather, and warming spice.
