Clonakilty Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a traditional Irish single pot still whiskey produced by Clonakilty Distillery on the Atlantic coast of County Cork. It’s made from 100 % locally grown Irish barley and triple-distilled in copper pot stills, then matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, creating a rich yet approachable character. 

On the nose you’ll find vanilla sweetness with citrus peel and hints of kiwi, while the palate delivers flavours of caramelised pear and apple with gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange, finishing medium-long with balanced sweetness and spice.
