2019 Ballot-Millot Meursault Charmes Premier Cru

This is now considered one of the very best wineries in the whole of Meursault. They were lucky enough to start buying vineyards back in the mid 17th century and now proudly own some of the very best sites in Meursault. 

No herbicides and minimal use of other treatments. In fact everything is now organic but it will not become certified as such.

The vines Ballot Millot own come from the more preferred parts of Charmes and the wine has purity and greater minerality than from their other sites.
