Produced by Akashi Sake Brewery in Hyōgo Prefecture, this is a Junmai Ginjo sparkling sake, made without added alcohol and using highly polished rice to achieve aromatic purity. Secondary fermentation in bottle creates its natural effervescence, giving a lively, refreshing expression while retaining the finesse typical of Ginjo styles.

The sake shows a bright, clear appearance with fine, persistent bubbles, offering an aromatic profile of white peach, pear and melon, lifted by delicate floral notes and a touch of rice sweetness. On the palate it is light-to-medium-bodied, with a creamy mousse and vibrant acidity that bring freshness and precision. Flavours of stone fruit, citrus and subtle umami are balanced by a gentle sweetness, while the effervescence adds lift and texture. The finish is clean, crisp and refreshing, with lingering fruit and floral notes.
